Jolene Winsor

With a previous career as a Master’s level educator, Jolene understands the importance of working collaboratively with clients to understand their specific concerns, strengths, and goals in order to create a mutually agreed upon plan for growth. 


Jolene utilizes a client-centered, integrative approach to counseling, incorporating such evidenced-based practices as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), which can help resolve feelings associated with traumatic events, along with Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), which can assist in adjusting our thought process to improve our mental wellbeing. 


Having specialized training in the treatment of grief, she understands that grief can occur when experiencing many different types of losses, including job loss and divorce. Jolene is passionate about working with populations who are motivated to explore how they can cultivate their growth and healing and looks forward to assisting you in achieving your personal goals.
